Uploaded quotations and invoices are private evidence. The original file is never made public. We extract commercial fields (item, rate, unit, quantity, scope, date, source company) needed for market data — not personal contact details, which are never deliberately extracted into public/product tables.

You choose whether the identified source company is shown publicly on each upload. Hidden companies remain known internally only for duplicate detection, source diversity and trust evaluation — never shown in public pages, search, or API responses.

Account deletion removes your public identity. Historical market data you contributed may remain for data integrity, consistent with how a crowdsourced market database must retain evidence.
