Terms of Use

Every figure on this site is a statistical summary of past observations submitted by other people. It is not a quotation, an offer, a valuation, a tender price, or a commitment by anyone to supply anything at that rate. Nobody is bound by it — not us, not the supplier whose document produced it.

Figures are provided for information only. Prices in construction move with specification, quantity, timing, location and relationship, and a median cannot capture any of that. Do not rely on a figure here as the basis for a bid, a contract, a claim, a valuation or a payment without verifying it independently for your own project.

We do not warrant that any figure is accurate, current or fit for a particular purpose. Data is contributed by users and read automatically; errors are possible and corrections are welcome.

You may upload a quotation, invoice, price list or similar commercial document only if all of this is true:

• you have the right to share it, and sharing it breaches no confidentiality clause, NDA or contract term;
• it is genuine — a real document for real work, not fabricated, altered or inflated;
• it relates to construction in the UAE;
• it is one commercial document, not a bulk price file. A full catalogue of items belongs in the Master Catalogue Import, which exists for that.

Many commercial documents are marked confidential or carry a clause restricting disclosure. Checking that is your responsibility, not ours — we cannot see the agreement behind a document. If you are unsure, do not upload it.

Remove or avoid uploading documents containing personal data you would not want processed. We extract commercial fields rather than people, but the file is transmitted and read in full while it exists.

The file is read automatically and permanently deleted after 3 hours. The rates read from it are published as anonymous market observations. The document itself is never published or shown to other users.

You choose whether the supplying company's name appears publicly. If you hide it, it is used only internally, to tell independent sources apart.

By uploading, you grant us permission to process the document for that purpose and to publish the market data derived from it. You keep whatever rights you had in the document itself.

If you upload something in error, tell us and we will remove it — the sooner the better, while the file still exists.

A manual submission must be a genuine market observation you have direct knowledge of. Do not submit invented prices, prices intended to move the published figure, or prices copied from a source you have no right to share.

Comments exist to add market context — a note on availability, a caveat about a specification, a reason a rate looks unusual. Keep them to that.

Do not post:

• anything unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harassing or discriminatory;
• personal data about anyone, your own contact details included;
• confidential or contractually restricted information;
• advertising, solicitation or spam;
• content you do not have the right to post.

You remain responsible for what you post, and you grant us permission to display it on the site. We may remove any content and suspend any account, without notice, where we consider these rules broken. Content can be reported for review.

Keep your password to yourself and your email address current — account recovery depends on it. Tell us if you believe your account has been used by someone else. One person, one account; do not use another person's.

Do not scrape, bulk-download or systematically extract the database; do not attempt to bypass the anti-abuse checks, rate limits or access controls; do not probe or disrupt the service; and do not use it to build a competing dataset by automated collection.

The site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw parts of it.

These terms may change as the service does. The effective date is shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
